1. Most of our items are made to order. To avoid overproduction and ensure quality, our standard processing time is 5–7 business days for non–ready-to-ship items.
Many orders are completed sooner, but this timeframe allows us to complete your order properly.
2. Shipping time is not included in processing time. If you have a deadline, please review estimated delivery dates before checkout and consider upgrading shipping if needed.

🧼 Care Instructions (Very Important)
4. Each garment is shipped with care instructions, including an additional postcard. Please follow them carefully to maintain the quality and longevity of your item.
5. Items that have been washed are not eligible for returns or replacements. Improper washing can alter the condition, durability, and appearance of the product.

• Iron directly on the design (without a protective/Teflon sheet)

6. All items are inspected prior to shipment. However, in rare cases (manufacturer defects or human error), issues may occur.
Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt and before wearing or washing. Contact us right away if there is a concern.
7. We are unable to assist with issues reported 45 days or more after delivery, including items purchased for future seasons or events. We recommend inspecting, wearing, and washing your item within this timeframe.
8. If an issue arises, photos and details may be requested. This helps us understand the concern and improve our processes.
